From the San Diego (405) Freeway, Santa Ana (I-5), or Corona del Mar (73) Freeways: Take the Costa Mesa (55) Freeway south towards Newport Beach. The freeway ends and merges into Newport Blvd. Stay on Newport Blvd southbound for two miles. Once past Hospital Rd (Hoag Hospital), move into the right lane. This lane exits to Pacific Coast Highway (Hwy 1). Do no take the bridge, which crosses over Pacific Coast Highway towards Balboa. Turn left on Pacific Coast Highway, south towards San Diego. Adventures at Sea is 250 yards down, in the first office building past Villa Nova Restaurant, at 3101 West Pacific Coast Highway. If you reach the traffic signal at Riverside Drive, you've gone too far. Adventures at Sea is in Suite 209, through the main entryway to the building, next to the elevator. Across the street from Sterling BMW From Jamboree: Take Jamboree to East Pacific Coast Highway and turn right. Drive past the light at Riverside Drive (Charthouse Restaurant). As soon as the center divider ends, enter IMMEDIATELY into the center median (turning lane). 3101 West Pacific Coast Highway is the first accessible driveway on the left past Riverside Drive. Park anywhere in the building (5 underground levels) and go to office level 2. Adventures at Sea is in Suite 209, through the main lobby next to the elevator. If the lobby doors are locked, walk around the building to the left and use the waterfront entry doors.
