Troy and I honeymooned in Namale, Fiji. We had originally
planned to leave the 16th, the day after our wedding, but when the travel agency told me that we
would be crossing the international dateline and arrive the 18th, I changed it. I changed it
because my birthday is the 17th and we would not be able to celebrate it so I didn't want to
deprive Troy of such a special occasion. :o)
Namale is an all-inclusive resort. Which means all food, all drinks, and all activities (except scuba diving) are included in the price. We stayed
in "Nanise" which is one of four honeymoon bures. This has a two person spa tub that overlooks
the ocean.
There are plenty of activities both in the water and on land. Some of the water activities include:
kayaking, sailing, water skiing, snorkeling and even a water trampoline. Some of the land
activities include: biking, horseback riding, tennis, pool, volleyball and basketball. It is a
10 1/2 hour non-stop flight and is located close to Australia.
