Troy and Margie Evarts' 2004 contract

1. PARTIES:

This contract is made and entered on the 1st day of January, 2005 by and between Troy Evarts and Margie Evarts (hereinafter referred to as "The Evarts Family").

2. TERM:

The term of this contract shall be for one year (2005 - 2006) commencing on the 1st day of January, 2005 and ending on the 1st day of January, 2006.

3. ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS:

The Evarts Family shall not ever during the duration of the contract, make any negative alterations to this contract.

4. CONDITIONS:

SPIRITUAL GOALS

A. Troy will take the lead on all spiritual matters.

B. The Evarts Family will join a small group by September 2005

C. The Evarts Family will find new ways to give & help others.

D. The Evarts Family will attend church weekly.

E. The Evarts Family will pray with each other daily.

F. The Evarts Family will each join an individual Bible Study.
G. The Evarts Family praise God first in any situation.

H. The Evarts Family will read the Bible together and do a devotional.

I. Troy will seek God before responding.

RELATIONSHIP GOALS

J. Troy will be more spontaneous this year regarding activities. Minimum 4.

K. The Evarts Family will take a 3-week vacation every year and 3 mini vacations.

L. Troy will surprise Margie once a month.

M. The Evarts Family will set expectations with each other first..

N. The Evarts Family will always express the 2 E's (Encourage & Edify) one another.

O. The Evarts Family will always respect & be considerate of the other person's feelings.

FINANCIAL GOALS

P. The Evarts Family will follow the budget set-up in January 2005.

HEALTH GOALS

Q. The Evarts Family will cook dinner at least 4 times a week.

R. The Evarts Family will eat healthier, take vitamins & exercise at least 4 times a week.

S. The Evarts Family will run a 5K & 10K this year.

CONSEQUENCE OF ACTIONS

T. The Evarts Family will only consider a divorce for the following reasons:

One party cheats on the other party. If so, the party cheated on will be entitled to everything with no exceptions.

One party is abusive to the other party either verbally or physically. If so, the party abused is entitled to0 everything with no exceptions.

5. AMENDMENTS:

This section will be updated if both parties agree to modify.

6. BINDING:

Each provision of this contract performable by The Evarts Family, shall be deemed both a covenant and a condition. The terms, conditions, and covenants of this contract shall be binding upon and shall insure to the benefit of each of the parties.

7. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

The Evarts Family hereto have executed this contract on the date first above written.
