Troy and Margie Evarts' 2006 contract

Our Commitment Contract 2008

1. PARTIES:

This contract is made and entered on the 1st day of January, 2008 by and between Troy Evarts and Margie Evarts (hereinafter referred to as "The Evarts Family").

2. TERM:

The term of this contract shall be for one year (Jan. 2008 - Dec. 2008) commencing on the 1st day of January, 2008 and ending on the 31st day of December, 2008.

3. ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS:

The Evarts Family shall not ever during the duration of the contract, make any negative alterations to this contract.

4. CONDITIONS:

SPIRITUAL GOALS

1. The Evarts family will read the Bible in one year. Three chapters M-F, five chapters on Sunday.

2. The Evarts family will pray together 3x a week minimum.

3. The Evarts Family will attend church weekly.

4. The Evarts Family will listen to a Christian podcast weekly.

5. Troy will seek God before responding to any given situation.

MARRIAGE GOALS

1. The Evarts Family will involve God in our plans by praying & reading the Bible daily & consulting friends when necessary.

2. The Evarts Family will take a three week vacation to Australia to visit Tara & Lindsey.

3. The Evarts Family will enjoy weekly outings, which include hiking, running, and/or mountain biking.

4. The Evarts Family will seek marriage counseling if necessary (Divorce is NEVER an option).

5. The Evarts Family will always express the 2 E's (Encourage & Edify) with one another.

6. The Evarts Family will always respect & be considerate of the other person's feelings.

FINANCIAL GOALS

1. The Evarts Family will follow the budget set-up in January 2008 and will weekly reassess any discrepancies.

CAREER GOALS

1. The Evarts Family will follow the budget set-up in January 2008 and will weekly reassess any discrepancies.

HEALTH GOALS

1. The Evarts Family will cook dinner at least 6x a week. Will eat out 1x a week.

2. The Evarts Family will take a multi-vitamin daily.

3. The Evarts Family will run a 5K & 10K this year

5. AMENDMENTS:

This section will be updated if both parties agree to modify.

6. BINDING:

Each provision of this contract performable by The Evarts Family, shall be deemed both a covenant and a condition. The terms, conditions, and covenants of this contract shall be binding upon and shall insure to the benefit of each of the parties.

7. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

The Evarts Family hereto have executed this contract on the date first above written.
